These terms apply to your use of the True Edge app, provided by Fernando Escobar. By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded True Edge from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms apply to the extent allowed.
Not investment advice
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in to your account. You must be at least 18 to use True Edge.
Your content
Your habits, check-ins, journal and screenshots are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, for example backing them up and showing items you share to your buddies.
Buddies and sharing
When you share something with a buddy, they can see it until you stop sharing or leave the circle. Don't share content that isn't yours to share, including screenshots containing other people's personal information or content you're not licensed to distribute. Don't use buddy features to harass, threaten or spam anyone. You can report or block a buddy in the app, and we may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access other people's data or interfere with the service.
- Don't copy, resell or redistribute the market read or its underlying data.
- Don't use the app for anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
We work to keep True Edge running, but it's provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We may change or discontinue features, and will update these terms when needed; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fernando Escobar is not liable for trading losses or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on anything in it.
Ending your use
You can stop using True Edge and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
